Donate Money, Time, or Supplies

Boone Street Commons is a volunteer managed community open space. The Commons is a City Adopt-a-Lot and supported by our neighbors including the Greater Greenmount Community Association, a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization.

We welcome monetary donations in addition to seed packets, gardening and landscaping supplies, or equipment. Your charitable gift is likely tax-deductible, depending on state and federal laws. To make a donation click here.

Volunteer with Us

We could always use a hand at the Commons! Come by, help out, and enjoy the outdoors right here in the city.

Volunteers may also help with operations, fundraising, and other programs.

The type of work depends on the day, the number of people in attendance and the weather so its hard to say exactly what the task will be

Volunteer Days may get cancelled based on weather forecasts the day prior and will be removed from our events calendar.

Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty.

Community Service Hours

Middle, High School, and College students looking to complete their required community service hours are welcome to do so at the Commons.
